Синантропный подвид D. mercatorum mercatorum проник в Евразию в середине XX в. и к настоящему моменту широко распространился на территории Европы и бывшего СССР. Материалом для исследования были сборы D. m. mercatorum из природных азиатских популяций, лабораторная линия D. mercatorum № 2328 (имеющая некоторые морфологические отличия от азиатских диких), образцы видов D. busckii и D. virilis и последовательность гена COI D. mercatorum № DQ471607 из базы данных NCBI. Образцы были изучены на изменчивость последовательностей ДНК, используемых для определения видовой принадлежности, фрагмента гена 1-й субъединицы цитохромоксидазы (COI) и участка ITS1-ITS2 генов рРНК. По участку гена COI азиатские образцы D. m. mercatorum были идентичны между собой, но отличались как от образца линии № 2328, так и от последовательности из базы данных ДНК. По участку ITS1-ITS2 азиатские популяции D. m. mercatorum и линия № 2328 оказались идентичны. Малая степень различий по нуклеотидной последовательности фрагмента гена COI и отсутствие различий по участку ITS1-ITS2 генов рРНК указывают на то, что различия между азиатскими популяциями D. m. mercatorum и морфологически отличной линией № 2328 не выходят за рамки внутривидового разнообразия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The Drosophila mercatorum species of neotropical origin is composed of two subspecies: mercatorum and pararepleta. The D. m. mercatorum subspecies is synanthropic. It appeared in Eurasia in the middle of the 20th century and dispersed widely. The objects of the study were: D. m. mercatorum specimens from Asian populations, D. mercatorum laboratory stock 2328 (showing some morphological differences), D. busckii and D. virilis specimens, and the sequence of the COI gene of D. mercatorum, NCBI accession number DQ471607. The variability of standard DNA sequences used for species identification (COI fragment and ITS1-ITS2 fragment of rRNA genes) was investigated in these specimens. Asian specimens of D. m. mercatorum had identical COI sequences to each other but differed from sequences of stock 2328 and NCBI sequence. The Asian specimens and stock 2328 were identical in ITS1-ITS2 sequences.
