ЭМБРИОНАЛЬНЫЕ СТВОЛОВЫЕ КЛЕТКИ МЫШИ И ЧЕЛОВЕКА

Аннотация

Рассмотрены современные представления об эмбриональных стволовых клетках мыши и человека. Обсуждаются предпосылки и методы их получения, стратегия доказательства плюрипотентности, проблемы при долговременном культивировании in vitro. Освещены некоторые проблемы биологии эмбриональных стволовых клеток и перспективы использования для клеточной терапии.
