ПОВЫШЕНИЕ ПРОДУКТИВНОСТИ МЕЖПОДВИДОВЫХ ГИБРИДОВ РИСА

Аннотация

Гетерозисные гибриды по продуктивности превосходят сорта традиционной селекции на 30–0 %, кроме того, они часто более адаптированы к биотическим и абиотическим стрессам, и их урожайность более стабильна. Обсуждаются вопросы возможности получения фертильных межподвидовых гибридов риса japonica и indica, локализация генов широкой совместимости (WC) в геноме риса, возможность использования молекулярных маркеров для интрогрессии генов WC в российские сорта риса. Отмечено отсутствие локусов, определяющих высокую озерненность, в изучаемых сортах отечественной селекции, по результатам оценки озерненности гибридов.
